Gotu kola (Centella asiatica) has been employed by traditional herbalists since prehistoric times. Its wide range of applications has been well documented in Southeast Asia and India for centuries and continues to be used within the framework of modern herbalism. Gotu kola is not related to kola nuts and does not have any caffeine.
 
Suggested use
Take 2 capsules daily as needed.
 
Other ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and stearic acid (vegetable source).
